IMO…my conclusions as of July 15, 2022 @ 0155 CST:

Yes…Christiana Bank & Trust Company is the Delaware Trustee to MBS Trusts that WMB created and sold loans to via the securitization process. IMO…ultimately WMI is the owner of the beneficial interests to the MBS trusts and no longer the owner of the actual underlying loans.

The Foster v Christiana Trust et al case explicitly ruled, upon appeal, that JPM Chase did not own the loan.
