The PROCESS! I believe the Trigger Event for distributions was on 12/31/2021 when WMILT was canceled and also believe the players have the full calendar year to return Old & Cold shares to those investors who signed timely releases by March of the year 2012.

I do believe once the shares are returned to Old & Cold investors there will be billions more in tax attributes of various types available to COOP and/or potentially another company that may be involved such as a SPAC or other.
