If NWBO had released TLD in conjunction with a media blitz and a journal publication, with updated clinicaltrails.gov website, the share price would NOT have bombed. It would be over $4 right now as a company that has a product that can cure cancer and be the next Standard of Care for all solid-tumors

I was describing the general situation many biotech find themselves in if they release JUST TLD.

If you read what I said then you notice I said that longs panic sell, exactly as you described, after the first volume of selling starts because no one want to buy after TLD if no follow through. So if the biotech does not have SOLID ground then its an easy target and I agree with you that NWBO was an easy target

The hit piece by AF, the threatening of the journal authors plus (a relatively small) short position was planned in the case of NWBO to profit.

management doesn't need to justify basing their actions around what is best for approval versus managing the company to counter any manipulation and false narratives. That is simply nonsensical. I support management that does what is best long term, i.e. getting RA approvals. Everything until that point is just noise imo.

Thanks Ike for the best post of the year, needs to be stickied. The company is incompetent and out of touch with the investors. We've been screaming that clinical trials needed to be updated years ago and most likely moved on from the OTC.

And that is exactly what happened on May 10th. NWBO was easy pray THUS shorts tore it apart longs followed in panic. Thats not blaming shorts that's NWBO not being a strong enough dolphin.
