I agree with this part:

“So by deduction I conclude that plans changed, and specifically, that the plan not to publish became a plan to publish. And, from this apparent change in plans, I conclude that a publication is highly likely to be positive since publication of poor/adverse results (as a general proposition) would not be a reason to delay TLD and incur shareholder wrath.

So I believe that these events ultimately bode well, although the longer the delay the increase in possibility of a different result/black swan/financing issues etc.”
