They have spoken of an acquisition /merger which will dilute the shareholders. They said they had several good candidates and were making progress and wold put out an 8K and announcement when it happens . Hopefully the share price might rise then but the other company is going to get shares in deal but how many is the question and that depends on several things including share price. We will get diluted is a deal lie that . So if the share price goes up substantially do any shareholder sell shares and call it a day because sometimes these new product rollout take years.
