That's most of the reason I haven't been a fan of an acquisition. When we were 3Dicon they said they need to merge/acquire someone to earn revenue faster than otherwise would happen, so Coretec was born. They've now gone on record saying the same thing about any forthcoming merger/acquisition. Why not just sell CHS, and license any battery tech that is developed and win the game like that?

A graphite mining company in Sweden named Leading Edge Materials penned an agreement to work together with a silicon technology company from Australia to treat the graphite/silicon anodes.
