Most medications are affected by this issue. Antihistamines, cholesterol medication, DM drugs you name it. Its not a matter of the drug its a matter of the body compensating for it.

This is nonsense. There are many CNS-targeting drugs that are subject to tolerance. Alcohol is an example. Opiates. "Microbes"? Really?

Tolerance with Anavex has apparently not been shown to date. But it has also not been tested for. The company has not indicated it is a big potential concern, so it is likely not an issue.

Folks need to be wary of 'valid proclamations' based on poor science and judgement.
