Drug Tolerance Not a Factor

the drug can cause tolerance and then when you get the disease you can't really take it unless you quadruple the dose

Really? Please post information supporting this conjecture. I've seen no data supporting the notion that diseases could in any way become tolerant of blarcamesine.

Clearly, microbial diseases, whether bacterial or viral, by natural selection can become tolerant to various chemotherapies. Quite common with antibiotics. Happens with viral diseases, too. Mutations in the causative microbes change them enough that the antimicrobial drug is no longer effective. In every such case, there is a mutation or variance in the genetics of the pathogenic microbe.

But there are no such microbes in any of the CNS diseases Anavex is targeting. There is no known mechanism by which Alzheimer's disease could become "resistant" to blarcamesine. Alzheimer's is not an infective microbe with genetic variances that could yield tolerance or resistance to blarcamesine's restoration of homeostatic or protein-folding processes.
