Nothing special ... and was not about or against Denner.

Unless I missed something he bought the majority (app. 17-18M) of the 24M shares before November 26, 2021 ( 13D ), however he did not request a board seat, just recently, after the drop in the pps (meanwhile the Board was changed).

I am fine with "him" on a Board (he could bring new perspective), however I do not think (like others): (i) he will take the (majority of) the Board (ii) will change everything (especially as the Co is going in the right direction).

I think he see the current situation as a good point to request a seat ... maybe he will get it ... but I will not be surprised if he will not get it and he will not fight.

ps.: I could not stand to skip it (it was not behind ma original post, just because your post :-) ) ... Board seat is a perfect position to gain inside information ... :-)

My translation of Denner's remarks to shareholders is..."We are having discussions with the board for the purpose of making some necessary changes...We would rather not commit ourselves with YES or NO votes at the AGM...However,if necessary, we will call for a special meeting after the AGM and commit ourselves at that time."
