That would be unfortunate if taken too far. Since its creation by the Nixon admin, the EPA has been instrumental in measurablly improving the quality of America's air and water.
I am not an attorney and I do not play one on TV. I am also not a typist, especially on an IPhone.
I think the Supreme Court ruling will affect all agencies and regulations. So if a regulation was not voted on by Congress, it could turn out to be unlawful (EPA, DHS ect.). Looking for the lawsuits and the end of Big government.
