I believe that if DI knew that the Journal was coming out tomorrow and TLD and the Annual Meeting was to be announced immediately thereafter his answer would be no different. He is a pro and he is doing a good job in dealing with investors.

The info stated is inaccurate. They had to give notice of a date by the 18th and if they didn't it was a toothless statute.
