I believe that if DI knew that the Journal was coming out tomorrow and TLD and the Annual Meeting was to be announced immediately thereafter his answer would be no different.

I could be misremembering this, don't think I am, but I'm pretty confident DI confirmed details regarding the ASM to individual investor inquisitions before it was made public last year. I am almost positive he said that the ASM was going to be virtual, and that it had been scheduled they just hadn't released the date yet, before the actual PR.
