Maybe. But he didn't have an exotic life or career. He was an ordinary government lawyer who worked on civil cases about the environment. So probably like most of us, he put that stuff in a closet or in the basement, and forgot about it.

Lots of LOLs over this link, which shows that Jeff Clark regularly tweeted from his iPhone. Until last night which he had to switch to tweeting from a computer. Because his iPhone had been seized by the Fed.
