They haven't touched the share structure for years surely won't do a reverse split! Companies that do reverse splits usually dilute to death before reverse splitting! Certainly not the case here with SHMN! Keep trying!! Lol!! $SHMN

A lot of penny co.s have gotten smart, and started doing acquisitions with Pfd shs. instead of diluting; that is, a penny that has shown it prefers non dilutive ways, such as this one has. Looking good here IMO. GLTA
