Not true sometimes Reverse split are need to grow a company. especially small companies that capital for growth is very limited.

It is not necessary a bad thing.

Like in this case if one happens so that they can buy and have funds to operate a new asset and bring great value to the company .

Enlighten the rest of us how you think a company that only did 300,000 in revenue in 2021 with 6000 in cash reserve is going to pay for an operating Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company on a cash basis? Where is the money going to come from?
