Correct, but they are all reviewable and (code and process/tech) must be properly validated. Most of the time they get caught/stopped/locked down. If some one REALLY wants to seal your stuff, they are eventually going to get it.. That is the kind of work the FDA is supposed to be doing and, it is all traceable/discoverable. WE KNOW...These system crooks do not like that at all.
