HDG, I agree that an offer would depend on the buyers valuation. The current price per share (should) be irrelevant. The seller would need to agree with the offer for a deal. $8. ($3 billion) is at the low end of my estimated peak revenue. I doubt this price would be agreeable. (You might not agree with my revenue projections.) My point is still that we can't make the assumption that the lack of an offer is because of a lack of interest. That would be the same as the posters who assumed that the new board members must have been put in place by Dr. Denner. Sleven,
