HDG, We really can't know if there is any interest in a buyout. At current share price levels, a buyer couldn't make an offer that would be acceptable to the seller.(my opinion) The absence of an offer does not provide proof of a lack of interest.

Based on your opinion that no BP is intererested in buying AMRN then the company must make its own fortune.

Based on that conclusion what do you see happening to AMRN in terms of their business and resultant pps?

HDGabor, From Sarissa's recent statements, it appears that AMRN managgment
does not want to get engaged in talking to Denner. Denner must have a game plan
in place and my best guess is it ultimately includes a BO by BP. I doubt if Denner
would have bought 24 million shares at $4.62 unless he believed he had very
good odds of a significant profit. My belief, right or wrong, is that Denner wants
to set up AMRN for a sale to BP. (He is the expert on that not me.)

My opinion is if Denner did not believe that BP would be interested in acquiring
AMRN I doubt if he would have made the investment he did.
