Meanwhile BOD support makes the process easier it is not necessary for a BO. If somebody would like to buy the Co it could make a tender / public offer ... but I do not see any YTD.

1. BMY (With Dr. Bhatt on its BOD.)

Not relevant till BMY would like to buy the Co ... but does not look like

2. PFE (Given their partnership arrangement with HLS.)

Not relevant. HLS cooperate with PFA too cover Canada, they split the physicians. PFE covers primary care physician, meanwhile HLS 30 (!) field personnel and support staff will remain primarily focused on the specialist physician audience.

One wonders if perhaps Denner put out any feelers before he made his
investment in AMRN. What if he did and the answer was if was for sale
at a reasonable price they would be interested.

LOL ... any "reasonable" price could get full support from shareholders ... but BPs are not interested.
