Nidan, I agree with you. A year or two ago when the writing on the wall became clearer that Anavex was on to something truly disruptive we were in synch feeling that "Missling had to get it right". I tend to gloss over the "process details" you are an expert at but you are effectively making your case right now. He has to get this process right and not sink the ship. Good comments.

Thanks Nidan. Always enjoy your posts.

We all know he has a plan. In your opinion, is he doing a good job executing it? I know that we see only surface level execution and at times it’s been sloppy. And we all know what they say about perception. I understand there is much going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. However, building confidence and trust is part of that plan.

I think that’s what many here, including myself at times struggle with. Simple errors and follow through lead to doubt on the execution aspect. I still have faith but it’s waning quickly.

We all know what he has done so far and it has been great, but was it done well and expeditiously? He's done trials, but are they big enough, he finished the Alz but do we need another, he finished Rett but we need the Excellence, he finished a great PDD but wheres' the follow through, etc. We know the rest.

“Most leaders would agree that they’d be better off having an average strategy with superb execution than a superb strategy with poor execution.” Stephen Covey

“A good plan, violently executed now is better than a perfect plan tomorrow.” George Patton

“Greatness is more than potential. It is the execution of that potential.”
