My point is,... there is a plan, IMO. One may not see it/like it..etc. This is not a collection of random events. Change is not easy and in some cases (like FDA) the consequences of change will rattle around in the system for a long time. Trying to achieve our objective while all of that (political noise) is going on will not be easy, but it is critically important.
