65 million was a loan debt.

Would you really take out a 65 million dollar loan on your company assets that you have to pay interest on and just sit on it? That sounds like the opposite of wisdom.

Furthermore, riddle me this. What bank is going to loan Li 65 million dollars just to see him sit on it? Li would have to show a compelling and worthy master plan to get a bank to give him a 94 percent lien toward his holdings. Think about it rationally!
