Gotta add given events in China last few years, Li has to keep low profile to keep his own head. He can't seem involved with foreigners or spending time managing foreign assets. The CCP has gone off the rails blaming outside world for everything from Covid to hungry people protesting against continued Covid lockdowns that no longer make any medical sense. I'm agnostic on whether LQMT gets paid anything for any parts bought direct from a Chinese maze company that end up in finished goods sold in LQMT territory. Just seems like the accounting isn't possible without voluntary data from the parts purchaser who isn't part of any maze agreements. On other side of coin, Li isn't paying TC a living wage in So. Cal., and unless TC has something else going on, he's got to be counting on big LQMT stock appreciation. Hard to believe TC isn't confident he can make it happen within a reasonable time frame. He's not young and nobody has forever. GLTA

From today’s perspective I look back at Li’s departure and I think he was maybe burned out. After five years: no income to speak of, no contracts to speak of, a metric ton of dead ends. Perhaps he was talking to his old friend Tony or perhaps Tony called him and said, "Give me a chance. I’ll work my ass off. If there’s a contract to be found, let me try and get it." And Li said, “I got nothing. Be my guest."

So which is it? Did Li step away because Liquidmetal success is a fait accompli? Or because it’s a shit show and he was tired of banging his head against a wall? Only time will tell, but 9 months in it looks like Tony’s wheels are spinning. That’s not at all what I expected when he came on the scene.

Yeah, I feel your pain and have been in the midst of it for approximately 10 years now. It is not a good feeling and incites a number of negaitve theories that remain unknown with the exception of what is truely known. The share price is in shambles and the company is excels in practicing it's abiliy to sell nothing,
Either Li is using LQMT for some kind of weird scheme or he has been had like all the rest of us. TC is clearly a loser who cannot connect with the right entity to bring our "transformative technology" to market while others are making excessive profits right in his face.
In the first few minutes of todays session we are nearly into the $.07's and bleeding cash profusely. I believe the FOMO is still strong in many of us and it is there where LQMT has indeed succeeded over the years. I'd guess it will remain that way until the pigs at the trough have emptied it for good.

I disagree vehemently. Tony’s wheels aren’t spinning- that requires some motion. His wheels are stuck in the mud.
