I believe it was an issue with calling it a merger and how that defines the audit. We know the company is working on resolving the issue. Bottom line Ill be happy to see some here left behind :)

Dyn, Whats your background. Mime was a managing partner of a BD. We were active underwriters, Delt with this issue. Once you complete the initial PCAOB then you only had to audit the prio3 years. Then yearly. Sorry D thats the rules
