Sorry, someone else needs to chime in here because this is absolutely wrong. This was discussed here often and they said the delay was because they had to go back and also audit the previous 2-3 years of both companies prior to the merger. There was never anything mentioned that the pcaob audit had to go back to the beginning of the companies even prior to merger. That is absolutely incorrect and someone on here should be able to back me up on this.
