I heard a rumor that any share issued by a company can be sold, over & over again. " Maybe, Just Maybe ", after those shares were issued without Restrictions to the financier, he could turn around and sell them to a bunch of retail traders. And if THAT happened, again just maybe, the PPS would start to go down???
You obviously do NOT Know how the system works for Note-Holders..They can ONLY Sell a Certain % of the "Daily Volume".
I forgot what the Exact % of the Volume is? I would have to go research it again it's been so many years since I did work in this area, but the 22MIL at the average daily volume will take at least 4 to 8 weeks or more to unload all these new shares...
BTW the UNRESTRICTED Number of Shares IS The Float... Which is 270Million up from 230Mil
