I heard a rumor that any share issued by a company can be sold, over & over again.
" Maybe, Just Maybe ", after those shares were issued without Restrictions to the financier, he could turn around and sell them to a bunch of retail traders.
And if THAT happened, again just maybe, the PPS would start to go down???
