I said to have a food truck with street food. The Pretzel Haus easy stuff make it street food easy. Come up with ideas. For now the free advertisement is worth it. Need a food truck menu. If you can get another building operational, put up billboards. The Hotel ‘marriage’ is best.

A food truck would have to have a reduced menu, but Pretzel Haus products are actually easily adjusted to such a service. Its main purpose is promotional. I have a full blown Mexican restaurant(not taco bell stuff) in my town with 2 food trucks I see at festivals. My bank has "Food Truck Friday" every week. A different vendor each week. It is definitely a cost friendly way to promote a franchise.
But, it will take time and energy to do. I can understand if it is not a priority. Location #1 is definitely first on the list, assuming they have actually made progress with the county. By the time they are announcing a 3rd location, I would like to hear whether they are at least investigating a mobile option.
