I respectfully have to disagree. The food truck business model wouldn't work well for Pretzel Haus. Food trucks are mostly geared toward fast food type products with pre-made ingredients. (ie: taco, empanadas, hot dogs, funnel cakes, sausage and peppers - festival type foods) Items with quick prep times are ideal for food trucks.

ThevPretzel Haus would have to sacrifice the quality of a fresh baked pretzel and pretzel sandwiches alike to get into the mobile food truck business. That goes against their entire business plan of providing customers providing the freshest items possible.


I simply don't see anyone willing to hover around a food truck waiting 15-20 minutes for their order to be freshly baked to serve.
