Can we now assume this 3000 hours was required before a pilot test and now there is no other requirement?

If so, the pilot test approval should either already be approved (ie was pre-approved contingent on these results), or they present the results for a pilot approval and we wait for that approval.

Should investors expect to be told when the pilot test has been approved, even if they can't tell us by whom?
