Further, while still remaining within normal industry ranges, the wholesalers decreased their branded VASCEPA inventory levels as of March 31, 2022 by 40% in terms of bottles from the beginning of the quarter.
By comparison, wholesaler inventory balances decreased by 10% during the first quarter of 2021.
The inventory balances for the first quarter of 2022, as calculated based on days of sales on hand, were near the high-end of the range at the beginning of the quarter and reduced to the low-end of the range at the end of the first quarter of 2022 compared to a slight increase at the end of the first quarter of 2021 compared to the beginning of the first quarter of 2021.

Hopefully the wholesalers have to restock ...unless lower inventory levels are the new normal ...and thoughts on that ?
