We don’t know when they roll over and would allow AMRN to purchase less…

Don't we know ...? As I wrote

purchase obligations as of 10-K: $196,1M (12/31/2021)
purchase of inventory in Q1: $75,179k (COGS + increase of the inventory)
purchase obligations as of 10-Q: $49,3M (03/31/2021)

purchase obligations: “Pursuant to the supply agreements, there is a total of approximately $X million that is potentially payable over the term of such agreements based on minimum purchase obligations."

So, meanwhile they spent $75M in Q1 they have to spend $49M in the "entire" future (less by $26M than in Q1 alone).
