I think we have surrounded ourselves with so many consultants that no one at NWBO is actually doing anything. Too many chiefs (not enough Indians). They see this and all look at each other shrugging shoulders asking well who is going to do something about this.

this a perfect example why NWBO Management should have never allowed the NYSA release without the journal in hand. Its baffling why they strayed from this plan. Incompetence at its finest. Investors need to damand changes. Even Michael Bigger understands this....he is demanding changes within the BOD, and rightfully so.

They told us for a very long time TLD will be released with a Journal to avoid the very thing that is happening!! We were advised the Journal would ensure clarity and also mitigate the risk of possible misunderstandings, misrepresenting, and/or false narratives of the data.

Ehhhhh, never mind we’ll just release and go radio silent again as bears run with the BS.

I have been a shareholder since 2013/2014 time frame. I haven’t posted much lately but have been following everyone almost daily. I really appreciate all the work that many of you do.
This recent news report by the AACR was very disappointing.

I sent the following email to them this morning and strongly suggest others do as well and maybe they will correct the misinformation.



Good morning,

As a family member of someone who passed away from cancer I am extremely upset in your misleading and potentially harmful reporting in your “Cancer News Update” that Northwest Bio’s DC-VAX did worse than placebo.
DC-VAX’s old endpoints was PFS. Due to pseudo progression the endpoint (prior to unblinding and approved by 4 regulatory agencies) was changed to the gold standard of OS.
THIS TRIAL MET IT’S PRIMARY ENDPOINT OF OS!!
Median OS was in nGBM was 19.3 months vs 16.5 months for control (p-value <.002). At 5 years the survival rate was 13% vs 5.7% for control.
The results were also just as good for rGBM!
Due to publication restrictions Northwest Bio is unable to respond to the extremely misleading reporting released by certain “journalists” that appears to want to harm the company.

I emplore you to review the the data (it can be found at: virtualtrials.org/dcvax.com) and correct the inaccuracies noted in the article. This treatment is currently available on a compassionate use in England. Misleading information may prevent patients from receiving this potentially lifesaving treatment where the side effect is a low grade fever.
I look forward to your response to my concerns

The article states NWBO disclosed a failed trial. What a crock. NWBO has disclosed nothing official yet. Only disclosure was by scientist at conference where he clearly stated the research met both endpoints with statistical significance.

I know we all have read of the competition for cancer cures among the various schools and labs and how keen that competition can be. Looking up Lewis C. Cantley, the Editor-in-Chief for AACR on Google one finds that Cantley is also involved in cancer cure in a big way.

Agios Pharmaceuticals
Dr. Cantley is a founder of Agios, a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of novel medicines in the emerging field of cancer metabolism and rare genetic disorders of metabolism.

Would he be biased against a cure from a small bio company?

yes. The stock will tank tomorrow as the AACR isnt AF or a short hedge fund trying to spread FUD. Management has completely botched this whole thing and now you have the AACR reporting DCvax performed worse than placebo. Very bad rolllout and very bad narrative as been put out there. Not good. And yet people on this board are still saying LP is a genius and doing a great job. If she was doing such a great job, why is the stock at .80? This is a fact, not speculation like most of the cheerleaders come up with. Very much the opposite IMO. Even Michael Bigger is realizing this, as his recent tweets have been pretty stern in his thoughts about the BOD and Company Management. Linda Powers is a stupid CEO, plain and simple. Nobody can convince me otherwise.
