OK this was bugging me so I went and checked the transcript regarding who Evonik shipped CHS to. The word used was 'partners' and not customers, partners are likely Eindhoven and CEA. But, in the same paragraph there is another mention of shipping CHS:

Evonik has produced CHS for us, and it has been sent to our partners in Europe. The challenge with the European supplier is shipping the pyrophoric material to the United States. It is both costly and time prohibitive. Therefore, we searched for and found a domestic partner, Richmond Chemical. Regarding our pending orders, as soon as our production partners can ramp up and make the large quantities of CHS, we will be shipping and fulfilling our orders.

The term "pending orders" might imply that there are customers who are not waiting on the reports from Eindhoven and CEA. Or, perhaps this is reference to the original 10 samples that were to be shipped over a year ago? I don't think so, you don't need CHS on a 'commercial scale' to provide 500 grams worth of 'samples'. Sounds more like orders needed for industrial production to me. Michael Kraft had stated that CHS would be "commercialized" in 2021, before the time of supply chain and covid hold-ups. Again, commercialization goes beyond the distribution of testing samples. Perhaps Coretec is on the verge of receiving some significant orders for CHS? Just waiting on Richman Chemical to streamline the manufacturing process so that CHS can be produced in commercial scale.
