We will soon find out and I have been wrong before and will be wrong again in the future, unlike other posters who seems to be more worried about being right and 'winning' arguments.

It's not so much about being right and winning arguments, as it is about being dismissed and belittled for having a differing opinion.

I come on here and say "look y'all, I don't know if this is guaranteed TLD like is being touted. I think there is a good chance, but there is also the possibility that the cookie crumbs don't lead where you think and this may not be TLD" and people scoff at me and insult me and say I'm an idiot FUDster that doesn't know what I'm talking about.

Yes, I believe it was important for them to get the 10q out this morning. It tells me they have material info they want out in the public, not a quarterly filing's subsequent events.
