So the 10q was very streamlined without any real news except we saw that they have a decent amount of cash on hand to get through this quarter.

They must have wanted to get that out of the way. I still think that it is significant that 1) the PR'd the conference and made sure to let people know that they would discuss the ph III trial. 2) They brought in a person who is very involved in the journal article (based on his involvement in the interim article), when they could have cancelled it if it was not important to their narrative.

The cryptic information from DI that they issued it to satisfy SEC and that they did not want to step on the toes of NYAS, still leads me to believe that we will get results (TLD) at the presentation. I couldn't get a hold of my law school buddy who used to be an SEC lawyer to ask if they are required to issue a new PR prior to the presentation or if the previous PR would be enough notice to the market to satisfy SEC rules. I still lean towards the need to issue a new PR, but they might just release an 8k at the start of the presentation and follow that up with a PR at the conclusion of the presentation.

There's just too many things that tell me that this is the precursor to a soon to come article and that they will use the fact that the scientific community is paying close attention to this presentation to release trial results.

We will soon find out and I have been wrong before and will be wrong again in the future, unlike other posters who seems to be more worried about being right and 'winning' arguments.
