Thanks HDG - you mentioned you don't think there will be a buyout. Can I ask your thoughts on why you think that?

I realize people have been talking about a buyout for years, and it's never happened. Likely everyone is very tired of hearing the word "buyout" now.

But logically speaking, with the company now trading at $500mm market cap, with multiple approvals in Europe, surely the probability of a buyout might have increased, albeit at a lower multiple.
