To be clear. Cigna V is T-3 preferred brand no PA and exclusivity. Copay is $42 a month. Sounds awesome to me.

Aetna V Tier PB(T-2?) no PA and exclusivity. PB is the tier above generic. I don’t know the copay but I bet it’s similar to Cigna. I’ll end on this one. I agree that you have more to learn about current formularies too understand how important these changes are. Nothing personal. It took me a long time to understand and navigate.

United ( the largest ) as you said ...favors the generic

I think it partially true. (More likely) More precisely: United favors the generic in some plan.

(i) I did not check all of these plans but the checked ones say E + PA for both of them (icosapent ethyl and Vascepa)
(ii) Are you 100% percent sure that none of the United plan favors Vascepa ...?
