Irrespective of COOP....once housing bubble bursts....stocks will crash (coop included)....inextricably linked

inflation is going up, growth is going down and interest rates are rising fast

Hopefully everyone did well over last 3 years and have locked in some profits....

Long term I love COOP but I do agree a larger storm is coming to the economy in last half of year into 2023.

I would have to disagree. The last two years, and it's run from $5 to $50, has been quite fun! Sorry you missed that.
