It doesn't matter. Once home prices start dropping there will be an increase in foreclosures, and although it should be very manageable, the market will use scare tactics to drive down COOP's price. Same old, same old. We are already heavily manipulated. I can only imagine if there's some negative housing news. This has been a long-term disappointing stock. And since there are no golden riches as you say then I think we are destined to keep dropping. The negative housing news should start surfacing in 3 to 4 months.
