None of us know anything about a buyout. It’s all speculation based on crumbs from many years which make us feel like big things are around the corner. My wife has heard soon for years. Soon now really seems sooner ??

If NWBO are preparing correctly for publishing what I assume are decent results, one only need look to their only other example of good press coverage, which was when the JTM came out in May 2018. Unbelievably, a professional saturation of media coverage. However, this time, I would assume the coverage would be larger and all encompassing. The echo chamber that follows this (assume) tsunami is really what you are trying to address, and swallowing my righteous indignation for a moment, you’d probably want to somehow coordinate with
UCLA/NWBO/King’s College/ brain tumor charities and even to the extent of their public outreach, regulators.

Anything preresult press at this point would be ripe for error or miscalculation.

Great question…… You could be a hero or a zero!!!! While we all believe this is going to be amazing and become the new Standard of Care for GBM, it is not a 100% guarantee. Lots of things could happen.

This is a very small unknown company, news comes out and no one cares. We need it in the media press to spread the word. We need the stock price to get up listed to a major exchange so Small Cap Money Managers will have it on their radar.

I would tell them maybe to put it on their radar and make their own decision. Most people do not have any idea how to determine how much and when to buy a stock. Most people do not have an exit strategy or goal in mind when they bought the stock.

I rarely post on any site but have been invested in NWBO since 2010 at various prices. I have held this stock longer than any position EVER!!!!!

Unless you can guide them on what to expect, I WOULD SAY NOTHING AND ENJOY THE RIDE

I've gotten a couple of friends into NWBO, and I worry more about what's going to happen to their money than I do my own. Tread lightly. Lol

With all the patents they have, the library of results and studies that have been done and their specific expertise in immunotherapy, the downside risk is small at this price level.
In contrast, the upside potential is huge!

A quiet period for the company doesn’t mean the rest of us should be quiet!

Do you think celebrities and public figures would like to be supporting a company that is working towards breakthroughs in Cancer treatment? Of COURSE they would!

As always it’s ‘don’t risk more than you can afford to lose’ - but those with 8 figure annual income likely have a lot more free capital!

The more that people invest in NWBO, the higher it drives the pps.... so I tell everyone they should buy it, but season my discussions with "this is what I THINK will happen, not what I KNOW will happen..."

This quiet period nonsense is just an effort to prevent investors around the globe from advocating, investigating, and pushing for the therapy's success. It is spouted daily on this board for that purpose alone. They don't want people asking questions and getting answers. I can tell you that I contacted the FDA personally yesterday and they disclose absolutely nothing.

Which means....

When the company says they submitted a SAP for revised endpoints the FDA won't even disclose whether they've received it or not.

What does that mean??

It means that the FDA is helping the company to potentially scam investors because when the company files with the SEC saying they submitted a document and the FDA wont verify it, your money is tied up INDEFINITELY in a QUIET PERIOD.

So please be sure to just wait patiently and say nothing so that you don't find out that the FDA is unwittingly colluding with the company due to protocol.

When they don't help you catch a scam and confirm details THEY FACILITATE SCAMS.

Health Canada IS THE EXACT SAME WAY. So now we have an EAST WEST REGULATOR DISPUTE. GET THE POPCORN

The FDA and Health Canada will hide behind their protocol as their reason for failing investors and patients. The most we could say is that they are unwittingly colluding.

They'd say, "We've always had a confidential nature to the work we do with ongoing companies, even though that may have helped this company this time doesn't mean we did anything on purpose."

I'd say, "Yes, but I clearly explained to you how you can be helping a scammer and you did nothing, forwarding that message to no one. What do you think your worship?"

I am long since 2016, and have continually invested. Early, the risk was high, so I didn’t recommend to anyone. In the last year I have attracted selected friends to invest modestly, with disclaimers. I think the risk is now minimal, and it would be good to have investors waiting to jump in, but only if their financial circumstances warrant.

If you really do want to help with or in that way, I would suggest that bulletin boards are a way to take a little bit of input, but a better option would be to talk to the company. Who knows, maybe there is a connection who is particularly touched by this issue who might be able to bring some extra attention and light to it in some way that is directly involved with the reveal?

It’s a great suggestion, but this is probably not the best forum for that discussion, in other words. Perhaps contact DI and Les?

The concern would be pissing off or otherwise disturbing the FDA, and the other regulatory agencies outside the USA, such that it might affect their approval decisions and dealing with them.

In the past there has been misinformation publicized that tried to besmirch nwbo as hyping dcvax progress and/or status, none of which was accurate.

Nonetheless I would expect another attack exploiting celebrity type support, and it may not be advisable in my opinion until after approvals, imo, but that’s just my opinion.
