You know who else says no payout is coming?

The trust, who ordered escrows deleted, deemed worthless, with no further distribution. The FDIC, also states nothing else is coming back.

boris... you say escrows will be paid...they were declared worthless and removed from brokerage accounts... they never did have anything to do with returning assets to equity holders.... they were given by the WMIL-T in case additional monies were to come from the litigating Trust, but Rosen dropped all the lawsuits to recover assets... all we got from the litigating Trust were some shares that were denied to the employees lawsuit....ESCROWS WILL NEVER BE PAID THEY WERE CANCELLED BY THE CHAPTER 11 CLOSURE, and DEEMED WORTHLESS. boris, you don't even know what you are talking about concerning escrows...they have never had any connection to payouts to equity holders after the chapter 11 was ended....yes, I released, and had 195000 common escrow, which are now worthless....
