Why? Because they took the time to research and do their DD. What has lodas and others here like him done? Nothing but say the same tired no payout nonsense day in and day out.

And it wasn't just that they didn't fill out the paperwork. They never believed in escrows from day one. Some like gibson thought they'd just sue instead, but they had no money to hire attorneys, so they got left with nothing and are jealous that it now appears escrows WILL be paid. I believe in her Source. Bop had the guts to go public and put her name out there, while the rest of all of us are incognito. She deserves credit for having balls! And we all know who she is, yet she is fearless and steadfast in her resolve. She is a warrior and deserves credit for all she's done. And why would she stick her neck out about having a source if it was BS, knowing that everyone knows who she is???

I got a letter from Biden saying they were looking into this also, and while it may have been a form letter, maybe it wasn't. Who knows?
