Koos said exactly why he raised the A/S.

This is not a mystery.

This is from Koos himself on Twitter:

"On Friday Regen filed a Form 8K stating it had increased the authorized shares of its common stock. This action was undertaken because of contractual obligations to a noteholder. The additional authorized shares have not been issued as of this date."

Understand. It is unfortunate that we do not have more information now not that I am going to mortgage my house for more funds. It just would be great to see it pump above $1.
