...we are all reading the documents and have diferent filters & varied interpretations, that's why MB is so valuable, so we may all discern our own personal truth.

I hear you regarding deirdre's TRO, I PERSONALLY LIKE YOUR VERSION BETTER, it would look way more PROMISING for shareholders.
(btw, I'm totally ok to be wrong.. .but this case is SO CONVOLUTED that it's easy to be CONFUSED by all the twists & turns, and so many redactions that we're trying to interpret)

These lawsuits work in stages, deidre seems in control at this juncture, if she loses her motion(s), the issues before the court changes and billy comes back in the picture.
Apparently deidre has made all sorts of false statements in her affidavits in support of her motions, so let's see if that falls apart 1st, then Deidre will slink into the background if she loses.
One IMPERATIVE question ~ can one inventor make a deal with deidre that binds the other two ? I don't believe so, but I guess it depends on what's in the document Earl signed.
Earl is claiming coercion (which is tough to prove) but the other 2 inventors still have standing here.
