#39795 RE: twaflyer1 #39793

difference between a Provisional Patent and a conventional one?

"Conventional one?" FYI, it is called a Utility Patent.

They may have started the Patent Process,

A utility patent for the company's battery technology was filed in February.

They already had one extension that I know of

Provisional patents expire after a year. They are not extended. But you know, so show us.

which shows that the CHS is not their property yet

CHS is not the property of Coretec or anyone else. There is no patent on CHS.

A regular legal Patent is not so easy to come by, as witnessed by the Prov'l patenting that gives Coretec more time showing that they may have applied for a legal patent, but something went wrong, and they are back to making the necessary improvements!

What a load.

That CHS stuff is ours!!!

You've never been able to provide the full context surrounding Kraft's alleged utterance, maybe you dreamed it. Regardless, if you own a patent for a process of producing CHS, who else's would it be? Own a method of producing a material - own the material.

I see that Krafty has moved to another position in the Co', so maybe he wasn't doing the job they expect of him?

Umm, he became the President. You expect people to take you seriously?
