Don't you know the difference between a Provisional Patent and a conventional one? The Boys never told you what they really are? Nothing but a signed letter stating that the Prov'l Patent holder has one year to finalize the necessary improvements to start the legal patent process! They may have started the Patent Process, and that may be a good thing, But you cannot do anything with P-Patent, it only give you more time, and maybe more time! They already had one extension that I know of, which shows that the CHS is not their property yet, but I may be missing things! A regular legal Patent is not so easy to come by, as witnessed by the Prov'l patenting that gives Coretec more time showing that they may have applied for a legal patent, but something went wrong, and they are back to making the necessary improvements! I doubt if you were on the board when Krafty-man said in a post after the NDSU agreement fell through; "That CHS stuff is ours!!!" a close paraphrase, but that just might give you a hint as to how great a CEO he is? If it is "Ours," as Krafty said, then why hasn't he done something with it? Talk like that is what made me leave! I hope you guys are right about this Co', but I am as suspicious as ever! One lousy stock bought today, and you still can't see the light? All there seems to be are Technical buyers who see a bargain! Well it isn't a bargain unless there is substance to the product, and while there may be, they are as slow as Molasses moving the CHS thing! I see that Krafty has moved to another position in the Co', so maybe he wasn't doing the job they expect of him? Oh well!!!
