Sometimes people don't understand how these arrangements work and imagine the most underhanded arrangement possible and then share said arrangement as fact. The fact is we don't have the NWBO/Advent contract (other than the lease). Their assumptions all error on the side of putting NWBO is the most negative light possible. I say 'assumptions' in a very broad manner. Sometimes these assumptions lead to fabricated checkmate data or faking knowledge of insider's selling. Anyone that claims they know what is in the contract between NWBO/Advent, anyone that makes up checkmate data or anyone that falsely claims insiders are selling should be viewed with extreme skepticism. imo.

I certainly don't know, but I believe that most of the compassionate use cases in the U.K. are routed through the Doctors there who had participated in the trial. They are familiar with how things should be done and while they may not do all the surgeries, etc. themselves, I suspect they largely coordinate what's being done. It's JMHO, I have no proof this is the case.

Don’t forget that some of the price is for royalty fees that go to the Regents of UCLA. That is part of the cost when there is a non clinical trial, non research based purpose and for profit entity involved right?; ). Best wishes.
