Past history is the basis for much in investing. The quality of management, or LACK of in this case is based on looking at people's history. Hell, what do we do to get a job? Show our resume! Oh, wait, that's based on the past! lol!

Knowing that ENZC mgmt as NEVER been involved in single successful drug, period, (yet have the nerve to insult everyone's intelligence to say "40 years of excellence") is the value of history. Buying shares doesn't change those facts!

I fully understand why there is a desire to sweep history under the carpet, as this company fears history and the truth!

Harry is still acting CFO and CSO.

He still owns 190,750,000 Series B shares (worth 1,907,500,000 Common shares at the 10:1 conversion ratio) and maybe/maybe not 50,000,000 Common shares according to the latest filing (depending if you look at page 18 or page 5)

Charles C and team brought a better direction for ENZC but Harry still has a lot of influence on the company's business and accounting structures.

Btw, dilution is still dilution if a company waits a few years to actually disburse/sell the issued shares. There isn't new dilution (in Common shares) disclosed currently, but the shares from old dilution came back to bite us last year as evidenced by the growth in float. There was dilution on December 7, 2020 when a bunch of Series B were issued which are someday convertible to common.

Timing101-

Very good response to the "current matters" of your focus. But, you missed my big item which I will ask you:

If you were the auditor and didn't have all the records since inception, and ENZC could not produce them, would you issue an audit opinion on the financials of ENZC? That is my primary point. . .

However remote you may think this idea is, keep it in the back of your mind. Not talking about dilution or other current management matters. Just the simple foundations of how we got here. Valid or not?

Best regards.

Incredible clarity in your answers Timing, I appreciate the detail you put in to answering questions and clearing up misleading/leading statements. It's very helpful that this clarity be portrayed responsibly to individuals like myself who don't understand the majority of what is detailed in the filing. Thank you.
