a. Yes you are correct , rarely do you see a disclosure like that , with all the names and shares , but in reality if you look at the Q's all along those names are there. But that is OLD History , take a look at 2020 and 2021 have the same O/S , NO CHANGE.
Wait what about the restricted changing , well see ITEM G below, it has been gone over at least 100 times .

b. The key is and has already been reported here many times is that Harry Z , while a great researcher, patent holder, trained by his Father , was not always the best Manager of this symbol, PRIOR to Charles C and Team coming along in 2019.

c. 2019 was the year Harry Z and Diana Z moved to Texas and set up shop, and the transition was under way .

d. Charles C and Team took over, but inherited a lot of skeletons in the closet from the past , hence is why the REINCORPORATED in Delaware SOS in the year 2019 on Nov 1th in Delaware SOS (file number 4166070) .

e. Then Charles C and Team started cleaning house and Livingston Assets HAD TO GO (been posted many times towards the end of last year ) along with the Zhabilov Trust (via Dannie Z when transfered from Diane Z.

f. So the point of that disclosure is SIMPLY this , since the changing of hands in the conversion (LIVINGSTON ADIOS and ZHABILOV TRUST ADIOS)

Folks go with the comments that have the links and know your History here , this became a NEW ENZC under Charles C and TEAM , LEGALLY, Disclosed and FILED. Simple as that the PAST HISTORY does not mean anything here anymore . PERIOD.
